Ashley Metcalf, a Vancouver Island University alumni, holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a Marketing Concentration and over 15 years of customer service and sales experience. Since joining the Charlie Parker Team in early 2016, Ashley has maintained an impressive average of over 50 successful sales per year. Specializing in assisting clients selling their homes, she excels in market evaluations and prompt client responses, ensuring top-notch service delivery. With her extensive expertise, dedicated work ethic, and passion for client interactions, Ashley adeptly navigates clients through the home-selling process, prioritizing satisfaction. Leading the Charlie Parker Team alongside Graeme Parker, Ashley supports real estate professionals and administrators, constantly enhancing systems, technologies, and communication methods to elevate customer service. Raised in a small Vancouver Island town and later establishing roots in Nanaimo, Ashley is deeply connected to the community. She dedicated four years to the Haven Society, serving on the board of directors in various roles, including Treasurer, Vice President, President, and Past President. In her leisure time, Ashley enjoys walks with her husband Josh and their dog Kaya, indulging in outdoor exploration and workouts at her favourite local gym.
